WIL-RICH Field Cultivators

XL2 Field Cultivator

The XL2 Series Field Cultivator performs well in heavy residue conditions, and is designed for secondary tillage and seedbed preparation.

Units are constructed with 3"x4" steel tubing and are available in working widths of 25' to 60'. Wil-Rich offer two shanks asseblies on these units, with point pressure of 120-150 and 240-300 pounds. This unit is 146" from front main frame to rear. The XL2 Series can be used for light primary soil preparation, by using the 240-300 pound point pressure shank in bean stubble.

Standard Features:

  • Level lift hitch
  • 5-bar frame with 3" x 4" tubing
  • 146" front to rear frame depth
  • 35" between ranks
  • Easy front wing adjustments
  • Front mount castering gauge wheels
  • Wide wheel wells, accommodating large flotation tires
  • Wide pivot point on shank
  • 11', 13', and 16' main frames

QX2 Field Cultivator

The QX2 is the ideal line of field cultivators for rugged and hilly conditions, thanks to the Wil-Rich Floating Hitch design. Front castering gauge wheels assist in precise depth from front to rear of unit for better seedbed preparation. The frame depth of the QX2 now matches the XL2 with 146 inches front to rear for improved residue flow.

A rigid hitch cultivator can gouge at the top of hills or uneven terrain. The Wil-Rich Floating Hitch design allows the unit to follow varying ground contours without causing ground gouging, and without causing undue stress or flexing to the frame.

Standard Features:

  • Floating Hitch
  • 5-bar frame with 3" x 4" tubing
  • 146" front to rear frame depth
  • 35" between ranks
  • Easy front wing adjustments
  • Front mount castering gauge wheels
  • Wide wheel wells, accommodating large flotation tires
  • Wide shank pivot point 13', and 16' main frames
